Planning a party?
Tell us as much of this as you can and we’ll be able to give you an answer quickly:
- which package you like, or what the birthday child is into;
- the date and start time you’re hoping for;
- the postcode where the party will be;
- roughly how many children are coming;
- the birthday child’s name and age;
- anything we should know — access needs, allergies, or extras you’d like.
You can also start with the party planner and see the price as you go.
Already booked with us?
Use Manage my booking with your booking number and email address to see your status, pay a deposit or balance, or ask for a different date.
Something not right?
